M.Ed. (Adult & Higher Education - Student Affairs Option) – Montana State University
B.A. (Communication Studies) – Sonoma State University
While attending Sonoma State University in California’s beautiful wine country as an undergraduate, I fell in love with the college experience and all of the opportunity that it affords. Following the completion of my bachelor’s degree, I explored other career pursuits until I landed in Bozeman, eager to return to the university environment. I have been at Montana State University since 2002 working in the Office of the Registrar and the Division of Graduate Education until my path lead me to NPTT in 2006. During my early years at MSU I earned a Master of Education degree in Adult and Higher Education, with an emphasis in Student Affairs. Working with Northern Plains Transition to Teaching since 2006, I strongly believe I have the best job in the world. NPTT students are amazing to work with making it fun to come to work every day.
Outside of NPTT I spend my free time with my husband Sean and sons, James and Arlo camping, rafting and skiing and otherwise enjoying the beauty of the outdoors that Montana has to offer. When not busy with NPTT or chasing around small children I also really love cooking of all sorts, yoga, and spending time with good friends.
