On April 26, 2016, ADVANCE Project TRACS hosted the Campus Climate ADVANCE Data Charrette in the Leigh Lounge of the SUB. The major findings from the Fall 2015 ADVANCE survey were presented and feedback, insights and questions were collected.

Over 230 MSU Bozeman tenure-track faculty and department heads participated in this annual job satisfaction survey. We will present findings on the changes in campus climate from last year, data looking at service load vs gender, HR data on applicant pools and what still needs to be done to change the cultural climate at MSU. 60 people came to engage with the data and ask questions of the Social Science Research Team.

Below are the posters that were presented. Please feel free to provide your comments, questions, and feedback in the form next to each poster. To see a bigger version of the poster, click on the picture to open the poster in a separate page.
