The following graphics all demonstrate different pieces of the Grant Facilitator Network. In all graphics the blue squares are faculty members in STEM and SBS disciplines, while the grey squares are faculty members in Non-STEM or SBS disciplines. The yellow lines through the middle demonstrate the connected that have been facilitated by the Grant Facilitator Network. These graphics allow a visual representation of the impact of the GFN from many different aspects in addition to the interdisciplinary connections demonstrated by the color coding.

Facilitated Research Collaborations

Graphic of connections between faculty

Graphic 1: Graphics by Dr. Aurelien Mazurie, Bioinformatics Core, Montana State University

This map outlines the collaborations that have begun as a result of the Grant Facilitator Network. The yellow lines show which faculty members have been increasingly active, collaborating across discipline and working with more than one other faculty member.

Blue squares = Female; Gray squares = Male; Green squares = New pairs for 2015.

Research and Project Scope Consultations

Graphic of connections between faculty

Graphic 2: Graphics by Dr. Aurelien Mazurie, Bioinformatics Core, Montana State University

The map demonstrates which grant successful faculty members have been providing feedback and reviews, and who they have been helping. The arrow that is pointing out shows which faculty member is providing feedback, and the arrow that is pointing in shows which faculty member is receiving the feedback.

Blue squares = Female; Gray squares = Male; Green squares = New pairs for 2015.

Grant Proposal Feedback and Reviews

Graphic 3: Graphics by Dr. Aurelien Mazurie, Bioinformatics Core, Montana State University

This graphic demonstrates which grant successful faculty members have been providing feedback and reviews, and who they have been helping. The arrow that is pointing out shows which faculty member is providing feedback, and the arrow that is pointing in shows which faculty member is receiving the feedback.

Blue squares = Female; Gray squares = Male; Green squares = New pairs for 2015.

Equipping Grant Success via Proposal Sharing

Graphic of connections between faculty

Graphic 4: Graphics by Dr. Aurelien Mazurie, Bioinformatics Core, Montana State University

This graphic shows which faculty are sharing proposals with other faculty in order to promote greater grant success. The arrows that point outwards show which faculty are providing the proposals to share, and which faculty are receiving the assistance.

Blue squares = Female; Gray squares = Male; Green squares = New pairs for 2015.
