Currently the college is seeking faculty eligible for tenure track positions in psychiatric mental health nursing at the Great Falls campus and in medical surgical nursing at the Billings campus beginning fall semester of the 2006-2007 academic year. Faculty members have opportunities for teaching in their specialty area in a community based curriculum. Tenured/tenure track faculty members are expected to establish a focused program of research and to successfully seek extramural funding. Research efforts are supported through the College of Nursing Office of Research and Scholarship, workload adjustment, and a small block grant program. All members of the faculty are expected to engage in professional/college/university service and to provide nursing leadership in Montana and beyond through active participation in professional nursing organizations.
