CON Receives Traineeship Grant

The College of Nursing is excited to announce that we have received an Advanced Education Nursing Traineeship grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) to provide support to students to become primary care nurse practitioners. The traineeship funds will be used to provide support to both full- and part-time students by covering partial tuition and fees. This traineeship grant program is 100% funded by HRSA (Grant No. A10HP25161) for $346,500/year for two years.
