Charge

Serves as the judicial system for the adjudication of cases involving alleged violations of the Student Conduct Code. Board will determine whether the student charged has violated the Student Conduct Code and recommend findings and sanctions to the Vice President for Student Affairs or designee.

Voting Members: Two faculty members and two student members.

Nonvoting Member: Chair.

Voting Ex Officio Members: Dean (or designee) of the college in which the accused student is enrolled.

Faculty: One year, renewable Students: One year

Faculty members are appointed by the President from nominations submitted by Student Affairs. Student members are appointed by ASMSU
