How to Create Coupon Codes for Passport

Go to https://ppprk.com/apps/validation/#dashboard.
Create an account with your department information.
Add your MSU Purchasing Card (P Card) as your payment method and add the balance that needs to be applied to this code.
Go to 'Manage Validations'
Select 'New Validation'

Create a validation name (i.e. 01/27/2020 Meeting)
Enter the amount you would like to pay on behalf of each guest. If you would like to pay for the entire day, please enter $8 for Stadium Lots or Harrison St., and $12 for the Parking Garage.
Check the 'Multi Use Validation' box
You can select an expiration date or choose 'Never Expires'
Select 'Create'

Select your validation code from the drop down
Choose the number of codes you need to offer. (Each guest will receive a unique code.)
Send your guests the following instructions on how to use their code:

Thank you for visiting MSU Bozeman! Your Passport validation code is (CODE) and is valid (Date), 2023 only.

Here are the instructions to use your code:

Download the Passport Parking app from the Apple App Store or Google Play store.
Create an account with your mobile phone number or email address.
Park in the zones that have Passport Parking app signs & decals (see below).
Enter the parking zone # displayed on the Passport Parking sign or decal.
Enter your accurate license plate.
Choose the amount of time you would like to park.
Select 'REDEEM' to enter your validation code.
Extend your time remotely if you would like to stay longer!
