Percussion Website

Welcome to the Montana State University Percussion Studio!Stephen Versaevel

We are so glad that you stopped by our website, please bookmark this page and check back with us regularly for information about MSU Percussion. Whether you want to be a professional performer, educator, major in music technology, or just want to perform for sold-out crowds at MSU football games, Montana State University is the place for you.

Located in the scenic Gallatin Valley, just north of Yellowstone National Park, Montana State University-Bozeman has distinguished itself as one of the regions leading music institutions with a world-class percussion experience that encompasses all facets of percussion performance. MSU currently has two wind bands, a full symphony orchestra, chamber orchestra, two jazz bands, percussion ensemble, the Spirit of the West drum line, the gamelan ensemble, and numerous solo performing opportunities to provide a well-rounded program of study here.

I hope that you will contact us about becoming part of the MSU Percussion Studio and the MSU music family. Visit us often for the latest information on upcoming performances, guest artists, and audition dates. Feel free to check out our media page to see pictures and sound clips of the Furman Percussion Ensemble, and SOTW Drum Line.

Again, welcome, and we hope to see you at many MSU Percussion Events!

Sincerely,

Stephen Versaevel
