210CR0007153 8/28/10 0232 8/28/10 0232 MIP - While on patrol an officer discovered that an intoxicated male had been tied to the Spirit Bobcat Statue in the Alumni Plaza. The male said that he had been the victim of a prank. Alumni Plaza The officer untied the male and issued him a citation for MIP. The male did not know the identity of the individuals who tied him to the statue. Case closed.

210CR0006259 8/1/10 0135 8/1/10 0135 911 call - someone activated a blue light phone and told dispatch that there was a fight in progress near the phone. Garfield Street/Family & Graduate Housing When officers responded, the reporting party was no longer at the blue light phone. They checked the area and interviewed several people in the vicinity of the phone and found no sign of a fight. Case closed.
