210CR0006154 7/29/10 0906 7/29/10 0830 - 0905 Disorderly conduct - an irate female made loud, profane, and threatening comments to MSU employees. Admissions Office & Office of the Registrar Following an investigation the female was cited for two counts of disorderly conduct. Case closed.
210CR0006130 7/28/10 1143 7/28/10 1143 Suspicious Incident - a male purchasing food in the Union Market became impatient and reached into the till and took the change he had coming to him. Strand Union Building Officers later made contact with the male and advised him that it is not appropriate to reach into the till during a transaction. The male was warned that anymore such behavior would result in a trespass warning being issued. Case closed.

210CR0006029 7/25/10 1200 7/25/10 1200 Found property - an officer located a cell phone on the ground in MSU Family & Graduate Housing. Paisley Court The owner was contacted and advised to come and get the phone. The owner later came to the station and the phone was released to him. Case closed.
210CR0005990 7/24/10 1452 7/24/10 Suspicious incident - an MSU employee reported that an individual regularly harasses front desk attendants at Hannon Hall. Hannon Hall Extra patrol of the area will be conducted. Case active pending further investigation.
210CR0005946 7/23/10 0103 7/23/10 0103 DUI - during a traffic stop an officer conducted an investigation and determined that the driver had a BAC above the legal limit. S. 9th Ave. & Kagy Blvd The driver was cited for DUI and released at his home. Case closed.
210CR0005942 7/23/10 0447 7/23/10 0447 Assault - a male punched another male in the face at a party. S. 6th and Hayes The suspect had left the scene when officers arrived, and no one at the party knew his identity. The victim did not want to file charges. Case closed.

210CR0005661 7/15/10 2356 7/15/10 2356 911 call - someone activated a blue light phone and told dispatch that there was a fight in progress near the phone. Garfield Street/Family & Graduate Housing When officers responded, the reporting party was no longer at the blue light phone. They checked the area and interviewed several people in the vicinity of the phone and found no sign of a fight. Case closed.

210CR0005634 7/15/10 0637 7/15/10 0637 DUI - during a traffic stop an officer conducted an investigation and determined that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. Garfield St./ Ag Fields The driver was cited for DUI and transported to the Gallatin County Detention Center. Case closed.

MSU Campus An officer contacted the person making the phone calls and advised that the individual they had been calling wants no further contact. The officer warned that any further contact will result in a citation for a privacy in communications violation. Case closed.

SOB Barn (exterior) The officer spoke with the child and determined where he lived. The child was returned home. The parents did not realize he had left the Paisley Court play area. Case closed.
