211CR0008486 7/30/11 1054 7/30/11 1054 Found property - an individual found a cell phone and turned it over to an officer. 600 block W. Cleveland St. The officer located the owner and returned the phone. Case closed.

Grant Chamberlain Drive An officer responded and made contact with one of the males. He was warned for igniting fireworks and disturbing the community. Case closed.

Langford Hall (exterior) An officer located the males and had them remove the trash from the dumpster. The males were warned for theft of services. Case closed.

211CR0008372 7/25/11 2208 7/25/11 2208 Warrant - during a traffic stop an officer discovered that a warrant had been issued for the arrest of the passenger. S. 8th Ave. & Cleveland St. The passenger was placed under arrest on the warrant and he was then transported to the Gallatin County Detention Center. Case closed.

A male and a female passenger were found to be in possession of alcohol while under the age of 21. 1800 block W. College St. The driver was cited for DUI and released at his residence.
