Both males were in possession of alcohol while under the age of 21. One of the males was also in possession of marijuana. MSU Duck Pond One male was cited for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, criminal mischief, and MIP. It was discovered that a warrant had been issued for the arrest of the other male; he was placed under arrest on the warrant and also cited for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, MIP, PODD, and obstructing a peace officer. Both males were transported to the Gallatin County Detention Center. Case closed.

An investigation indicated that the suspect had been in possession of cocaine. The suspect was no longer at the scene, but the cocaine had been left behind.
