210CR0008985 10/7/10 0258 10/7/10 0258 Noise complaint - a resident of MSU Family & Graduate Housing reported that people were talking loudly near the exterior of an apartment building. Paisley Court Officers responded and issued a warning for noise to the individuals in question. Case closed.
210CR0008970 10/6/10 2247 10/6/10 2247 Obstructing a peace officer - an officer located a male who was urinating on a sidewalk. The male ran from the officer. 1300 block of S. 11th ave. The suspect was subsequently apprehended and cited for MIP, public urination, and obstructing a peace officer. The male was then transported to the Gallatin County Detention Center. Case closed.

210CR0008882 10/3/10 2207 10/3/10 2207 Noise complaint - an individual reported that skateboarders have been regularly making a lot of noise in the late evening. Paisley Court Officers advised the reporting party that extra patrols would be conducted in the area. Case closed.

210CR0008816 10/2/10 1431 10/2/10 1431 Noise complaint - an individual complained of loud music in MSU Family & Graduate Housing. McIntosh Court Officers responded and made contact with the individuals responsible for the music. They were warned and advised to turn the music down. Case closed.
210CR0008794 10/2/10 0436 10/2/10 0436 Assault - an individual reported being beaten-up at a party. Gallatin County The victim was not interested in filing charges. Case closed.
210CR0008792 10/2/10 0356 10/2/10 0356 Suspicious incident - it was reported that a male had been attempting to enter parked vehicles. MSU Campus Bozeman PD located the male and determined that he was on probation. He was arrested for being intoxicated in violation of his probation conditions. Case closed.
210CR0008791 10/2/10 0327 10/2/10 0327 Disorderly conduct - two males shoved each other during a verbal argument. Johnstone Hall Officers responded and following an investigation warned both males for disorderly conduct. Case closed.
210CR0008790 10/2/10 0311 10/2/10 0311 Theft - a male and female were seen urinating near the MSU Police Department. The male was also holding a street sign. The male dropped the sign and ran, and was able to elude officers. MSU PD The female was cited for urinating in public and warned for MIP. The sign was recovered and returned to the City of Bozeman. Case closed.
