209CR0004944 9/1/09 0928 9/1/09 0928 Hit & Run MVA – a witness reported seeing a driver hit a parked vehicle while pulling into a parking space.  The witness said that the driver then walked away without leaving contact information. South Fieldhouse lot The owner of the suspect vehicle was located and cited for leaving the scene of an accident without leaving identifying information.
