Once the driver's true identity was established, it was also determined that a warrant had been issued for the driver's arrest. MSU Family & Graduate Housing Office Officers placed the man under arrest and he was then transported to the Bozeman Deaconess Hospital for treatment due to cuts he sustained when he broke the window.
