About the Pro


The Procrastinator Theatre is MSU’s student-run second run theatre, showing the best in silver-screen entertainment at a low, low price!

The Procrastinator is located in Linfield 125, where it has operated since 1991. The auditorium seats 200.

Our weekly feature presentation is projected using 35mm prints using “Christie”, the Procrastinator’s aging work-horse projector. The Procrastinator also has a permanently installed digital projector connected to a PC and DVD Player.

Theater Rental

The Procrastinator Theatre may be rented by campus and community groups, subject to approval and availability. For 2007-08, the theater is generally available on Sunday, Monday and Wednesday nights.

Rental rates:
Campus Organizations: 1-99 people, $10 /hr. 100-200 people, $20 / hr.
Non-campus: Contact Films Chair (typically a flat rate between $75-250)

To screen a film at the Procrastinator, you must provide proof of authorization for a public exhibition. For information about getting permission to screen a film, please visit:
