Reserach Interests:

My research interests are visual word recognition and semantic priming. I utilize tasks such as the lexical decision task, in which participants respond faster to a target word (e.g., dog) after a related word (e.g., cat) precedes it in context. Priming occurs in perception, memory, and language processing. My research examines how context (instructions) and task parameters (e.g., the proportion of target words that share a relation with the prime) affect the processes responsible for semantic priming.
