Welcome to READ THIS
READ THIS was created in the fall semester of 2006 as an extension of the English Club and continues to be published during the academic year. The founders, with initiator John Powers, wanted to make the new publication more accessible to the general community, giving it a conspicuous title and taking great care that the format is appealing - printing it on newsprint with a photo cover.
After our first issue, we received support from the MSU President, Geoff Gamble, and several college deans to continue growing and improving the publication. A large thank you goes to them.
Each issue contains literature and art from MSU students, the greater Bozeman community, and the rest of the world.
The website is our companion to the print publication, so please browse previous and current issues, and take a look at the calendar for upcoming READ THIS and English Club events.

Submissions
Submission deadline for the spring/summer issue, Volume 4 Issue 2, is April 17, 2009. Please submit to msureadthis@gmail.com. See our submission guidelines. We accept poetry, fiction, non-fiction, creative non-fiction, critical essays, poetry, drawings or paintings (color or not), photography, and any other art transferrable to newsprint.
