Bridger range from campusCurrently, the average age for MSU’s 12,888 undergraduate students is 22. Disability, Re-entry and Veteran Services offers support for the many students in their thirties, forties and beyond who are seeking to return to postsecondary education, finish degrees already started at MSU, or perhaps to enroll for the first time.

Support includes:

  • Individual meetings
  • Pre-advising information about MSU departments and procedures
  • Contact information for important campus offices such as Financial Aid and Office of Student Success
  • Information about sources of community and governmental support

We encourage non-traditional students to arrange a visit with a DRV staff member regarding options for degree completion.

If you are a student interested in pursuing a degree or coursework through Extended University, please visit the new Online Guide for Distance Students.

If you are planning to return after having been previously enrolled at MSU, please contact Return-To-Learn through the Allen Yarnell Center for Student Success.

All students returning to MSU after a least a semester break will need to complete the "MSU Bozeman Online Intent to Register" under the "Student Services" tab in MyInfo.
