Transcripts

To order online you will need a credit or debit card.

Visit us at 101 Montana Hall between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. You will need to fill out an order form and submit payment next door at Student Accounts.

Standard Ordering

You may order your transcript before the end of term (pleases indicate term: e.g. Spring 2013) and we will send it out as follows:

Hold for grades: If you request "After Grades Are Posted" the request will be held until all current-term grades have been completed, processed, and academic status determined. (Approximately 2 weeks after the last day of finals).

Hold for degree: If you request "After Degree is Awarded" the request will be held until the current term grades have been processed and a degree audit has been completed. Degrees are not posted at the same time as term grades and you can expect your degree to be posted approximately 4 weeks to after the final grades are entered in the system (approximately June 3rd)

Rush Requests

If you need your transcript before the time mentioned above, you may choose one of the expedited delivery options for an additional fee.

For grade only-posting (rush request): Your request will be processed before the others approximately one week after grades are posted.

For degree posting (rush request): Your request will be processed within 2 weeks after grades are posted (approximately May 20th).

If there is a hold on your account, your transcript request cannot be processed. If you have a hold and have placed a transcript order, it is your responsibility to notify us when your hold has been removed. You may view your holds on the Student Services tab of you My Info account.

1. Electronic Delivery is only an option when ordering online. Not all recipients will accept the electronic version of transcripts. Please check with the recipient before placing your order to ensure they will accept this method of delivery.

2. Not all recipients will accept the faxed versions of transcripts (accepted as official by other colleges and universities in Montana). Please check with the recipient before placing your order to ensure they will accept this method of delivery.
