Viewing Your Holds in My Info
You may request a transcript while you have a hold on your account, but your transcript request will not be processed until the hold is removed. If you have a hold, and you have requested a transcript, please let us know when your hold is resolved so that we can send your transcript. It is your responsibility to notify us when your hold has been removed.
