In 2003, Amanda obtained an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Photography from Northwest
College in Powell, Wyoming. While at Northwest College, Amanda was employed with the Residence
Life Office for four years. She started as a Summer Conference Assistant and worked through
Resident Assistant, Resident Director, and Interim Housing Coordinator positions.
In 2005, Amanda moved to Bozeman to study Business Marketing here at MSU. She worked in the
Residence Life Office for nearly two years before accepting the position of Hapner Hall Resident Director
for the 2007-2008 academic year. Amanda is excited to continue her work as a Resident Director and she is
looking forward to a fun-filled year with her staff and residents.
Amanda has come to love the Bozeman area, the multitude of opportunities that it provides,
and of course, the great restaurants! In her spare time, she enjoys checking out the local eateries,
reading, hiking, cycling, photography, and spending time with family and friends.
