Originally from Indianapolis, IN James will be going into his 3rd year at MSU as a Resident Director and 2nd year as the Coordinator of Student Leadership; however, this is his 10th year working in housing and residence life. He received his bachelor's degree from Ball State University in Political Science and Telecommunications. He was an Assistant Residence Life Coordinator at Kansas State University while working on his master's degree in Counseling and Student Development and graduated in May 2007. James is excited about the opportunities and adventures that are to come this year in Johnstone/Mullan and is enthusiastic about working with students for the second year in a row in Johnstone/Mullan. In his spare time he enjoys hanging out with friends, catching a good movie and hitting the slopes in the winter time.
