Originally from Indianapolis, IN James will be going into his 5th year at MSU as a Resident Director and 4th year as the Coordinator of Student Leadership; however, this is his 11th year working in Residence Life.
He received his Bachelor's degree from Ball State University in Political Science and Telecommunications with a minor in Business Management. He was an Assistant Residence Life Coordinator at Kansas State University while working on his Master's degree in Counseling and Student Development and graduated in May 2007.
James is excited about the opportunities and adventures that are to come this year in Johnstone and is enthusiastic about working with students for the fourth year in a row in Johnstone. In his spare time he enjoys hanging out with friends, catching a good movie, golfing and traveling when he has the opportunity.
