$10.00 / member for the first 2 members in a family,. additional family members are $5.00 each. This fee includes enrollment in unlimited projects.

$10.00 / leader suggested donation. $5.00 of these funds are sent directly to the state program to provide for liability insurance.  All leaders must fill out a leader enrollment form. Leaders must also fill out the Montana 4-H Volunteer Application, if they have not previously filled one out.  If in doubt, fill it out.
