Debt Planning & Management -- Jim Williams

ITC -- Daniel House

MSU Benefits -- Pete Boharski and Carol Shannon

Personnel -- Sharon Pielaet and Rich Stafford
The Personnel Board met on December 20, 2002. There was an introduction of members and discussion of new policies. Incentive program was discussed. Will meet again as needed.

Space Management -- Rose Waldon

Strategic Planning -- Betsy Centa

Traffic Appeals & Regulations -- Josie Jewett and Kim Rehm

University Facilities -- Rose Waldon
Rose provided a copy of lease agreement for model wireless telecommunications antenna site license.

University Governance -- Rich Stafford

University Planning, Budget & Analysis -- Diane Wyn

Faculty Council --
Tenure guidelines were discussed and addendums to the handbook.

NEW BUSINESS

The TIP incentive program was discussed. Nothing has been finalized. The President's office sent out e-mail regarding the Vice Provost forums.
