To be placed in the pool of applicants for a monetary award, you will need to complete a Student Involvement Log (SIL). A Student Involvement Log is a record of your non-academic involvement while a student at Montana State University (or, if you are a transfer student, from other universities as well). Please see further instructions below. SIL includes: cover sheet, activities resume format, and essay instructions.
Awards are given out at the annual Day of Student Recognition (DSR) ceremony to be held Tuesday, April 24, 2012.
