For incoming freshmen, Summer Session core courses offer a jump start on a
college career as well as an introduction to the level of work that is expected
of a student at MSU.
If you have already applied to MSU, but have been placed on provisional, part-time admission, you can use Summer Session as a great way to gain full time acceptance. If your goal is to carry 12 or more credits in the fall term, Summer Session 2005 offers a pathway for success.
A part time student can enroll for seven or fewer credits during the summer. If a 2.00 grade point average is earned in the credits carried, full-time enrollment will be allowed in the fall.
