Tests

Test time. You know the drill. You can feel the headache coming on. You feel a little unprepared; that could be because you only studied last night for an hour while you were watching Friends and ER. As the professor hands out the exams, your shoulders droop: a fill-in-the-blank and short answer test! You thought it was going to be multiple choice! Panicked, you scribble all over the sweat-drenched paper, trying to remember those precious minutes you spent last night studying. Time's up! Hand in the tests.

The first thing you need to realize is that everyone has test anxiety at one time or another. One of the main causes is preparation. Browse these selections to set your anxieties at ease and find out how to beat the exam blues.
