Operator Information
The campus operator, at Extension 0, is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday.
You may contact the Ask Us Desk for Directory Assistance on campus during the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m.
(Monday-Thursday), and until 1:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
If you need an off-campus operator, you may dial "9 + 0" on a campus phone with a
Class of Service (NCOS) of 1 or higher. Calling an
off-campus operator can cost approximately 95 cents per call.
The campus operator has access to the most updated student and faculty directories, as well as
directories for a variety of cities around the state of Montana.
If you need assistance with locating a number elsewhere, you may contact information, by dialing
8-1-area code-555-1212. You must have a Class of Service
(NCOS) of 3 or higher. Remember, this is going to cost you the price for calling them, plus the
cost of them connecting you! If you do not know your Class of Service, please contact Chris Bauer
at Extension 1010 or the Campus Operator at Extension 0 for assistance.
