My Phone Cuts In And Out
If your phone is cutting in and out while you are talking, it might mean that your handset cord needs replacing. Check your cord (cord from handset to phone), and see if it is tangled and make sure it's plugged in completely.
After confirming your cord is plugged in and you continue to have problems, please call Telephone Repairs at Extension 2813 and we will report the problem to our technician.
