My Feature Buttons Are Not Working
If the keys on the phone are sticking, please contact Telephone
Repairs at Extension 2813.
- Your call forward feature button will be lit if your phone is forwarded. If you want to cancel
your call forward, press your forward button once (with your handset down).
- Are you trying to conference? a) Remember to conference, you have to press your
conference button, dial the party, and press the conference button again. This is repeated in the same process to connect all parties
to the phone call. Most phones allow up to 6 parties to be connected, including yourself.
b) For larger rooms and more participants, you may reserve a speaker phone through ITC -
Telephone Services by calling Chris Bauer at Extension 1010. These phones must be used in an analog
jack! c) You may also contact the Montana State Conference Bridge in Helena if you
need to conference more than 6 people. Please contact them at least 24 hours in advance for "meet me"
conferences or to pre-arrange a larger conference meeting. For further information and rates, please

Telephone Repair at Extension 2813.
