The files immediately below identify the "High Need LEAs" (Local Education Associations or Districts) that qualify to allow someone to receive the $5,000 stipend or the $10,000 bonus*. Participants must teach in one of these LEAs for a minimum of three years. The stipend must be applied to expenditures related to certification/licensure.
