  • Our speaker will be Randy Newberg. Randy is a tv show host of a huntingshow called On Your Own Adventures, which promotes public land guidefree hunting. He also a board member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and has been a large voice in the recent legislation attempting to open more public lands and not allow the barring of wildlife movement in the state. He is the type of person we will be working for when we move into the field, and he has a strong sense of where wildlife manangement is headed in this country, and how we can take a step to improve on wildlife/human relations.     • Our speaker will be Jeremiah Smith from the local FWP. Jeremiah is one of the region 3 bear management specialists, so he will be talking about all they do to keep up with the bears and manage them in out area. Hope to see you there!

    THE STATE MEETING
    Don’t forget! The Wildlife Society state meeting is coming up! Mark your calendars: February 25th to March 1st. This year’s meeting will be held in Whitefish.
