Room Rentals During Business Hours
During business hours there are three private rooms available, with seating from 6 up to 20! There is no additional charge for these rooms, but we do appreciate a pre-order for any groups of 10 or more.
The Garden Room pictured to the right, is capable of holding up to 6 people. This room is perfect for those more intimate meetings. |

The Library Room pictured to the left, seats 8 to 10 people. The room is adjacent to the main part of the restaurant, but with closing doors you can be assured to total privacy and quiet. |
The Large Conference Room pictured below can seat up to 20 people! It is often used for all day meetings. You can have breakfast and snacks delivered throughout the day by catering, and have lunch delivered by the Habit Staff. |

Rentals After Hours
The Habit is available to rent after business hours for $35. Ideal for Birthday Parties, Company Parties or any other celebration you might have - and of course, easily catered for by University Catering! Click here to download the rental agreement.
