Coeur d'Alene, ID : March 30th - April 2nd, 2008 : The Coeur d'Alene Golf and Spa Resort

Welcome Letter

To All Industry Members,

North Idaho College is hosting the National Association of College and University Food Service (NACUFS) Continental Regional Conference, from Sunday March 30th to Wednesday April 2nd, 2008 at The Coeur d'Alene Golf and Spa Resort in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

The NACUFS Continental Regional 2008 Conference is only possible through the tremendous support of our industry and business partners. All sponsorships and showcase revenue obtained are applied to the regional conference and its educational programming. Consequently, we really need your involvement and assistance to maintain the quality level of education, exposure, and benefit vendors and members in the manner they have come to expect through the years.

We are expecting conference attendance to range from 100-120 members or more. Participants from colleges and universities include: food service directors, executive chefs, operation managers, and buyers. The states these participants travel from include; Idaho, Washington, Montana, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and the Canadian provinces of Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. However, because of the location and advanced interest, we are very optimistic that this could be the largest conference yet!

While attending the entire conference has immeasurable benefits, we do understand that it is not a possiblity for everyone. If you cannot register for the entire conference, you can always choose to attend a few of the key networking dinners. To register on-line, simply click here.

If you are planning an early arrival to the conference, we have arranged for discounted green fees from the Coeur d'Alene Resort. Take advantage of the amazing opportunity to golf on a world renowned course!

If you are planning on attending the entire conference or just participate in the showcase, remember this conference is casual, so please leave your ties at home!

Sincerely,

Lanny Stein & Paul Mineau
