The Fat Cat Bakery furnishes all baked products used on campus. From bagels to banana breads to black forest brownies, the vast majority of our products are baked completely from scratch. Look for the Fat Cat logo to know your desserts and breads were lovingly baked right here on campus.

Dining Hall Menus

Residence Dining Halls feature buffet style dining as well as serving stations with menus offering an extensive selection of everyday favorites and rotating recipes. Miller and Hannon serive the same daily rotating menu cycles while Harrison offers an entirely different menu.

Special dinners are scheduled monthly throughout the fall and spring semesters. These dinners feature extravagant buffets and specialty themed cuisine which may include such entrees as prime rib, seafood, and Montana Made products.
