Dining Hall Remodels
The University Food Service is excited to announce a series of renovations to the dining hall facilities that will transform the facilities from traditional dining halls to concept based dining. The renovations are a result of student input gathered from surveys and discussions as well as input from the food service team to create a modern and fresh dining experience.
These renovations will:
• Enhance the ability for diners to experience more variety and customized menu options, including display cooking
• Create a vibrant and functional gathering space for customers with more efficient seating.
• Improve the facility and equipment in order to save energy and reduce waste.
