Montana State University (MSU) has determined the need to complete upgrades in the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse. The project scope is to undertake the pre-construction services through design and construction services for removal and disposal of existing floor materials and installation of new arena floor material, replacement and retrofit of existing bleacher systems, installation of additional venue curtaining, and improvement of the existing sound system.
This project represents an ongoing effort to maintain a quality mult-use arena facility, and is funded entirely by Montana State University. The total project budget including construction, fees and Owner's soft costs is approximately $3 million.
The owner is striving to improve the setting for multiple venues currently utilizing the Fieldhouse, including basketball, volleyball, track & field, rodeo, graduations, convocation, theater and concerts.
