General USP, INBRE, & Travel Grants

GENERAL USP FUNDING: Research or creative activities in all disciplines are eligible for General USP funding.  For this funding you should fill out the new online USP Application and indicate that you are applying for General USP funding (click here for instructions).  

NOTE: If your proposed work is a continuation of work that was previously supported by USP or INBRE you should indicate that you are submitting a renewal application.

 

INBRE FUNDING: Does your research involve biomedical research? If yes, then complete a USP Application and request INBRE funding by selecting the appropriate choice on the Project Proposal Information page . (click here for instructions)

 

TRAVEL GRANTS:  Are you applying for funds to cover costs of attending a meeting where you will present the results of your research?  Have you previously received research funding from USP?  If your answer to both of these questions is yes, you need to print and fill out a paper Travel Grant Application.  (Travel Grant Form, PDF)  (Travel Grant Form, Word)

Please note - due to a high volume of funding requests,

reviews for travel dates occurring between March 1 - June 30, 2013 are scheduled for Thursday morning, March 7. 

Applications received after the March 7 review will be considered on a case-by-case basis, pending budget availability.
