"Climate Change in Montana: Impacts and Opportunities for Energy and Agriculture"

Research Project Poster Contest

 

- Apply to present at this major statewide policy conference to be held at MSU Bozeman

- Participants will include state and local government officials, those involved in the energy and agriculture sectors, academics, various non-profits and other organizations related to ag and energy interests, and the general public.

Cash Prizes of $400 for first place and $200 for second place will be awarded.

Areas of inquiry that may be presented include, but are not limited to:

- Climate Change in Montana/the West

- Current and future energy needs, sources, technologies, economic and social policy questions

- Current and future agricultural needs, technologies, products, economic and social policies

- The confluence of agricultural and energy sectors in terms of carbon offsetting, etc.

NOTE:

All disciplines are encouraged to participate. 

Poster session will be held from 4pm to 6pm, Monday, May 12.

This conference will be held after the semester has finished.  Your participation necessitates your staying in Bozeman at least through Monday evening, May 12. 

All entrants will be invited to dinner (complimentary) with the Wheller conference attendees and speakers.
