Test requires fasting and it consists of breathing naturally into the device for 10 minutes.
Preparation: For at least 4 hours prior to MedGem measurement, do not: eat, exercise, consume caffeine or consume supplements or medications containing ephedra, Ma Huang or pseudoephedrine;
For at least 1 hour prior to measurement do not consume nicotine.
