WellCheck - Fasting Instruction
*** I M P O R T A N T ***

  • Remember to fast for 12 hours prior to WellCheck Chem Panel Blood Draw
  • Water and medications are permitted

    WellCheck - Results Return
    Results will be returned approximately 2-3 weeks after the WellCheck

    Flu Shots

     

    Flu shots are offered during Fall WellCheck depending on National vaccine availability.

     

     

    Flu shots are available free of charge to employees and their spouses covered on the Plan only.
