Faculty, staff and retirees over the age of 50 or with risk factors for heart disease can get a free treadmill stress-test with electrocardiogram, fitness and body composition testing and follow-up consultations as part of a student service learning project. Ergonomics is the science of matching an individual with his/her workstation or job to optimize well-being and prevent musculoskeletal injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, back pain, and Worker's Comp claims.
