WellCheck is a preventive health screening program offered to faculty, staff, retirees and their spouses who are covered by a Montana University System medical insurance plan (New West Medicare Advantage members and children are not eligible).

Remember to fast for 12 hours prior to blood draw for chem screen (medications OK)
Drink plenty of water!
Pay with cash or check only (credit cards/Benny cards not accepted)

WellCheck - Results Return

Pick-up your Fall WellCheck results at the Faculty-Staff Wellness office,

Curry Health Center room 018 (east entrance, downstairs)

Thursday, Nov. 5 - Thursday, Nov. 12

Results not picked up will be mailed after Nov. 12

Update as of 11/16/2009 -

All WellCheck results have been mailed. Contact us if you do not receive your

results by Nov. 21st.

Cost: $10 (cash or check)

No appointment necessary.

Flu Shots

10/14/09 UPDATE

Seasonal Flu Vaccine: Due to a national vaccine shortage, Faculty-Staff Wellness will not be getting any more vaccine from any source. Flu shots will not be available at WellCheck.

H1N1 Flu Vaccine: Wellness will NOT be receiving nor distributing this vaccine.

Call Missoula County Health Dept. at 258-4636 for current flu vaccine availablility and information.
