Session I
Title: Restorative Yin Yoga
Time: 11:10-11:50am
A quiet practice that allows the body and mind to find a deeper flexibility and awareness. You'll leave class with a relaxed body, calm mind, and a reserve of energy.
Session II
Title: Core Yoga
Time:12:10 -12:50pm
Fun and energetic class that focuses on core strength and balance. Expect flowing postures and an upbeat mood. Class is designed to increase endurance, and stretch and strengthen the body’s core muscles to promote body awareness, protect the back, and develop better posture.

Title: Easing Into Exercise
This fun, friendly, social exercise class is developed for those approaching or already enjoying the retirement years. Class consists of stretching, core strengthening, balance exercises, some cardiovascular exercise and weight training for a well-rounded fitness routine.

Title: Health Counseling
Could you use a little support in your quest to meet your personal wellness goals? Students enrolled in HHP 485: Health Counseling are seeking partnerships with faculty and/or staff who are interested in making healthy lifestyle changes. As a volunteer you will provide the student with an opportunity to apply his or her health counseling skills and knowledge in a real-life situation, and you will benefit from the student’s support and encouragement as you strive to meet your wellness goals.

Title: 8-week Program
If you are looking for a sensible way to lose weight, this 8-week program will help you develop healthy lifestyle habits for life long weight management. Learn to exercise effectively, eat healthily, understand emotional eating, set goals, and change habits through small group lectures and discussions with a dietitian, exercise specialist, psychologist, and peer support!

Cost: $25.00, includes nutritious snacks
