If you are unable to attend Fall or Spring WellCheck, you can have your blood drawn through MUS Wellness on a daily basis. The process is as follows:
Contact: Call or email the Wellness office to set up an order.
Blood Draws: You have 2 weeks to go to the Quest Diagnostics local lab to get drawn, or the order gets deleted.
Location: Quest Diagnostics-2900 12th Ave North, Suite #270W-Office hours
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F. No appointment necessary.
Results: are available approximately 2-3 weeks following your appointment.
Cost Note: A $5.00 fee will be assessed for all lab work processed outside of WellCheck.
Please Note:
If you are having a Chem Panel, remember to fast for 12 hours prior to the test and drink plenty of water (medications permitted).
If you have not already read the Notice of Information Practices, you will need to obtain a copy from the Wellness Office and sign a consent form prior to labwork.
If you need your results faxed to a provider, you need to request a Permission to Fax consent form and obtain your doctor's fax #.
