WellCheck - Fasting Instruction
*** I M P O R T A N T ***

  • Remember to fast for 12 hours prior to WellCheck Chem Panel Blood Draw
  • Water and medications are permitted

    WellCheck - Results Return
    Results will be mailed to home addresses approximately 2 weeks following the WellCheck.


    Flu Shots
