| Center
staff provide research services as well
as conference design and management. |

Executive Director Gordon
G. Brittan, Jr., guides the Center with his unique blend
of intellect, humor, and devotion to "moving the
public policy agenda forward." A member of the
philosophy faculty at MSU for 25 years, Dr. Brittan's
interests and proficiencies encompass a wide variety of
subjects, including education, agriculture, alternative
energy and Montana history, business and politics.

Associate Director
Julie A. Hitchcock is responsible for the
day-to-day functioning of the Center. She holds a
Masters in Public Administration from MSU and has worked
in both the public and private sectors for the past 20 years. Her
work in the travel industry and in the office of
University Relations at MSU has given her the
opportunity to travel the state extensively and to work
with many Montanans involved in business and
education.

Fellows are integral
to the planning and execution of Center events.
|
|
In keeping with the
Center's goal to more closely involve students in the
public policy arena, fellowships are offered to
several graduate students on an annual basis. Former
Fellows are invited to maintain close contact with the
Center upon graduation.
