Board policy
1.
The Student Loan Marketing Association (Sallie Mae) is approved to
provide secondary market services for Montana lenders who wish to sell student
loan portfolios.
2.
The Commissioner of Higher Education is authorized to sign an agreement
between the Montana Guaranteed Student Loan Program and the Student Loan
Marketing Association.
